Become a Product Vendor

We are excited to invite you to participate in the Second Portland Argentinian Festival, taking place in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Booth Details

• Fee: $200 – includes one 6x2 table, two chairs, and a 6x6 booth space.
• Payment: Final payment secures your booth and is due no later than 30 days before the festival.

Schedule

• Festival Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Vendor Setup: Vendors may access the venue starting at 8:00 AM. Setup must be complete by 11:00 AM.
• Closing: Vendors must remain open until 8:00 PM. Booth breakdown may begin at 8:05 PM. The venue must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 PM.

Booth Guidelines

We encourage vendors to make their booths engaging and interactive (games, giveaways, demonstrations, etc.). If you plan to bring oversized displays or bulky items, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them within the venue layout approved by the Fire Marshal.

Note: Vendors do not need to be Argentinian to participate.

Alcohol Policy

The venue holds exclusive rights to serve alcohol. Vendors may not sell open alcoholic beverages. However, sealed bottles of wine may be sold if carried out unopened by a customer who is at least 21 years of age.

Attendance & Promotion

This will be our third Argentinian festival in Portland. Our previous events in 2019 and 2023 drew over 1,300 attendees each, and this year we aim to double that. The festival will be widely promoted on social media, and we encourage you to help spread the word as well.
